WE ARE ALL DIFFERENT Round Robin 2013-14

Our most recent round robin was named We Are All Different because we ARE.  Our beaders were able to send around a form of their choice and we saw two cats each with a style of their own, a sea horse, a pair of boots and two little dollies.  Once again, the work was just beautiful.  Well done to Aryd'ell, Betsy, Catherine, Edna, Eless and Yvonne.

SEVEN SWANS A-SWIMMING Round Robin

Why the name?  Well, because we had seven lovely ladies beading in this round robin.  The theme was open so each lady was free to send any form of their choice. As you can see, the forms are varied and as always well beaded.

Beaders were Aryd'ell, Dian, Joyce, Karan, Marj, Ruth and Suzanne.

MY FAVORITE THING Round Robin

Another of our Round Robins has finished and all dolls are now home.  For this round robin participants were asked to send around any doll which could be considered their favorite thing and the results were three angels, a seahorse, hearts and giraffes.  The beading, as always, is amazing.

Beaders were Alexia, Catherine, Dian, Gwen, Ruth and Yvonne.  Aryd'ell helped out as an extra beader for most of the RR.  Thank you again ladies for your continuing support to the group.

2013 Tiny Treasures Swap

This year we decided to repeat our previously successful Tiny Treasures swap and the results were delightful.  Beaders who participated are:-

Ann, AnneMarie, Aryd'ell, Betsy, Catherine, Edna, Gwen, Judy, Karan, Marj, Sherry, Victoria and Yvonne.

Goody Two Shoes Round Robin 2013

The last of our shoe round robins has come home.  Six fabulous beaders participated - Dian, Gale, Julie, Sheila, Sherry and Yvonne.  Shoes, boots, slippers - whatever these lovely ladies chose to send around in this round robin, the results are gorgeous.

Winged Creatures and Goddess Challenge

Congratulations to Anne, Aryd'ell and Marj for creating these wonderful dolls for our recent challenge.  Fabulous work!

Happy Feet Round Robin 2013

Shoes have arrived home from our Happy Feet Round Robin and this beautiful beading was done by Catherine, Dian, Joyce, Karan, Kelly and Suzanne. What a gorgeous selection.

Spring Doll Swap 2013

These gorgeous little dolls were swapped between members for Spring 2013.

Shoe Doll Challenge 2013

While our Shoe Doll Round Robin is in progress a few ladies participated in a Shoe Doll Challenge.  These are the wonderful results.

Bad Girls Tea Party Round Robin

And last but by no means least, the third group of our Teapot Round Robin comes to a close.  Such beautiful teapots and I am sure everyone is thrilled with the work done on their teapot.

Congratulations to everyone who participated in all three groups.  You can be proud of your achievements.

Mad Hatter's Tea Party Round Robin

We were fortunate enough to have sufficient members to organise three groups for our teapot round robin.  The Mad Hatter's Tea Party teapots have now arrived home safely and here you can see the results.  The beading is fantastic, especially since this group included two new members to round robins.

Beaders were Aryd'ell, Julie, Rachael, Sherry and Suzanne.

I'M A LITTLE TEAPOT - ROUND ROBIN

Bird Round Robin

Members' of our group have now completed the Bird Round Robin and here are photos of their magnificent work.  The standard of beading is so impressive and keeps getting better with every round robin.  Thank you so much ladies for your continued support.

Bird Challenge 2012

Beader's Choice Round Robin - Group 2

When this Round Robin commenced in 2011, there were too many members for one team so we divided everyone into two teams.  This is the second team and all dolls are now home.  Occasionally, we have difficulty getting good, clear photos from members to display on this blog and because some members are difficult to contact I have gone ahead with the photos that I do have.  The dolls are nonetheless gorgeous.  Do you have a favorite?  I can't decide.

UFO CHALLENGE - 1st Quarter of 2012

To start the year we decided to challenge our members to finish some of their unfinished objects (UFO's) and the results have been fantastic. The challenge was to run from January to March 2012 but members have requested that we continue further into 2012, and that's just what we will do.  So members, take a look in those cupboards and drawers at your sweet little UFO dolls and start beading.  Here are just a few that have started rolling in.

Beader's Choice Round Robin - Group 1
